在应用商店内搜索并下载“我的南京”APP
Search and download “My Nanjing” in the APPStore.
2、阅读详情/READ DETAILS
进入应用，点击“海智湾服务专区”—“申请入口”，阅读申请须知
Enter the APP, click “Exclusive Services for Brain Bay”-“Application Entrance”, and read the instructions before applying.
3、提交申请/SUBMITE YOUR APPLICATION
填写所需信息并添加附件材料，确认无误后点击“提交申请”
Fill out the application form, upload the attachments and click “SUBMIT YOUR APPLICATION” once you confirm it
4、审核材料/REVIEW DOCUMENTS
南京市主管部门负责审核申请所填信息及材料
The department in charge is responsible for reviewing applications and verifying information & documents.
5、签订协议/SIGN AGREEMENTS
江宁开发区与通过市级审核的申请人签订入湾协议及研习协议
Jiangning Development Zone will sign with approved applicants both apartment and stipend agreements.
6、办理入湾/CHECK IN
管理方为已签订协议的申请人办理入湾
The administration department will take care of the check-in process for you after you sign the agreements.
